Shipping & Delivery

For our family island customers, John's tries to make things as easy and affordable as possible, with free delivery to the boat of your choosing. Once proof of payment has been provided, we package and deliver to the mail boat of your choice, free of any charge. We understand that due to limitations, family island customers are unable to return an item within the 5 day policy window. We ask that if you have an item to return you notify our main branch of your intent to return an item, hold onto the box and receipt, and at your earliest convenience send the item back into the store.

For our New Providence customers we offer a delivery or instore pick up option. Instore pickup is free and available the same day as your purchase. For delivery, we offer Next-day and Same-day options. Next-day delivery is offered free of charge. Provide us with delivery instructions and we will get your order to you before the end of the following business day. For Same-day delivery, there is a $3.00 charge. The cut off time for Same-day delivery is 3pm. All orders received after 3pm will be delivered before the end of the following business day.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Shoes.com offers free UPS ground shipping on all US orders.

Some products have multiple shipping options. These can be selected during checkout.

Shoes.com offers the following shipping options:

  • Option Price
  • UPS Ground FREE
  • UPS 2nd Day Air 10.00
  • UPS Next Day Air 20.00

Each item in your cart can be shipped to a different address. These options are made available in checkout by clicking the "Ship to Multiple Addresses" button under the "Shipping" section.

As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Processing time typically ranges from 1-5 business days. Processing time includes receiving your order and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the UPS transit time from our warehouse(s) to your shipping address.

SAME-DAY SHIPPING

Some items on our site can be shipped the same day if the order is placed before the designated cut-off time.

Cut-off times are in Eastern Time and are called out on the product details page underneath the price.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Shoes.com does not currently ship to all geographical locations and address types. Below are some general guidelines

  • Shoes.com does ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.
  • Shoes.com does ship to a growing list of international addresses. To view the list of countries available for international shipping, click here.
  • Shoes.com does not allow shipping items to multiple addresses when using PayPal®, PayPal Credit® or Visa Checkout®.
  • Per each order, no more than six items can be shipped to an international address.

We continue to expand the geographical locations and address types for which we offer shipping service, so please check back often if we are not currently servicing your destination.

Shoes.com is now shipping via UPS Worldwide Saver® to select international destinations. For a list of countries Shoes.com ships to, click here. Please check back frequently if your country is not listed, as we continue to expand our list of destination countries. For shipments to these countries, simply select the appropriate destination country during the checkout process. DELIVERY TIMES

Allow 3-10 business days for receipt within the United States when you order with free UPS Standard Ground Service.

As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Processing time typically ranges from 1-5 business days. Processing time includes receiving your order and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the UPS transit time from our warehouse(s) to your shipping address.

International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Saver® service. Delivery time to international destinations is typically 3-14 days after order confirmation. Please note that delays which are beyond our control can occur in customs. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment to allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

ORDER TRACKING

If you provide a valid email address when you order, you will receive two kinds of emails:

Almost immediately after you place an order, you will receive an email with the subject "Shoes.com Order Confirmation". This email confirms your order was received and is being processed.

When your order ships, you will receive an email with the subject "Shoes.com Order Shipment Confirmation" that contains your shipment tracking number. With this number, you have 24-hour access to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.

Once you receive an Order Shipment Confirmation email for an item, you may track its shipment in any of the following four ways:

Click the link provided in the "Order Shipment Confirmation" email.

Visit the UPS Online Tracking web page. Copy and paste the tracking number from the "Order Shipment Confirmation" email into the UPS Tracking form.

For international orders, click here to visit the UPS Worldwide Saver® web page.

If you are a registered Shoes.com member and logged in to make your purchase, then click here to access your account. When prompted, enter your email address and password. Once logged in, select "View Order History." For any item listed as "Shipped", click the "[Track]" link to view progress of the shipment.

Whether or not you are a registered Shoes.com member, if you have your order confirmation number handy you can click here, enter your order confirmation number and check the status of your order.

If your order appears late, you should consider the following:

Delivery occurs only on business days, Mondays through Fridays.

There are certain holidays that carriers do not pickup or deliver.

It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the UPS website.
